The United Methodist Women of College Place UMC are holding their annual Blanket Fund Drive. Every May we collect funds that are used to purchase blankets from Church World Services that are distributed by CWS to areas around the world that are experiencing natural disasters or are affected by times of war. The blankets are large enough that they can be used for protection from the elements or for temporary shelter. For anyone who would like to support this UMW effort, the cost for one blanket is $10 or you may donation any portion of that to the project. All offerings will be added together to determine the number of blankets we can donation through Church World Services. So far we have collected $213. Thank you for your support of this project!
